SYNOPSIS:
The King of a city state in Hell presides over his royal court and his scheming courtiers.

“Silent Night/Broken Night” written by Cody Lucas, directed by Julia Bodiford
SYNOPSIS:
Bristol, dressed formally, drinks whiskey while sitting in water in a clawfoot bathtub. Bristol’s only company is Boyd Worley, the late night DJ on the radio playing holiday music. Through monologues and strange conversations, Bristol & Boyd seek philosophical answers and comfort during a lonely holiday.

DIRECTOR BIOS:
Matthew Eitzen is a DFW native and graduate of the OU School of Drama. He has acted on a variety of local stages, and this is his first full length play. He would like to thank his family, his roommates, and his incredible cast and crew for all of their hard work.
Cody Lucas is a graduate of the University of North Texas where he received his BA in Theatre Arts. While in college, Cody co-founded Sundown Collaborative Theatre and served as Artistic Director for five years. As a playwright his work has been seen at the Out Of The Loop Fringe Festival and the New York International Fringe Festival. His play, Truth in Context, was nominated for a Joseph Jefferson award for Best New Work in 2016. He most recently wrote and starred in Tres Bandidos and directed International Falls, both with The Agency Theater in Chicago.
